Welcome to Stealth Equipment (“Stealth,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or using any of our services—including SMS communications—you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.

1. General Use of the Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our site, or use content without permission.

All images, product descriptions, designs, and written content are the property of Stealth Equipment.

2. Product Condition & Product Types

Stealth Equipment sells:

New, In-Box Equipment (may include manufacturer warranties)

Open-Box, Overstock, or Scratch-and-Dent Equipment (covered under Stealth warranty policies)

Each product listing specifies condition, features, and warranty details.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed. Your order is only accepted once we issue an order confirmation.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 7 days of purchase before the item has shipped.
After an item has shipped, cancellations fall under the Return Policy below.

5. Delivery, Shipping & Installation

5.1 Free Garage/Curbside Delivery

Stealth Equipment offers free garage or curbside delivery on all purchases unless otherwise stated.

5.2 White-Glove Delivery & Installation

We provide white-glove installation for $99 per machine.

This includes:

Bringing the equipment inside the home

Full assembly

Trash removal

Additional charges may apply for:

Large or commercial equipment

Multiple flights of stairs

Tight/difficult access spaces

Long driveway or rural access

Basement or 2nd-story installations

Specialty disassembly/reassembly

We will notify you in advance if additional fees apply.

6. Return & Refund Policy

Stealth Equipment offers a fair and transparent return policy.
Because many of our items are discounted open-box or overstock models, all returns must meet the criteria below.

6.1 Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

6.2 Condition Requirements

Returned equipment must be:

In the same condition as delivered

Not excessively worn or damaged

Showing no signs of misuse

6.3 Return Fees

$49 pickup fee for equipment returns

10% restocking fee applies to all returns

White-glove installation fees are non-refundable

6.4 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned excessively worn, damaged, or inconsistent with the return claim.

7. Warranty Policy

Stealth Equipment provides warranty coverage directly or via the manufacturer depending on the product type.

7.1 Warranty Coverage

For open-box / overstock items:
Stealth Equipment provides a 6-month bumper-to-bumper warranty on all equipment priced $500 or more, including parts & labor.
Items under $500 include a 90-day bumper-to-bumper warranty.

For new, in-box items:
The manufacturer warranty may apply according to their terms.

7.2 Extended Warranty (Optional)

Extended warranty options may be available depending on the item.

7.3 Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

Misuse, neglect, or improper operation

Damage from moving the equipment after delivery

Non-approved modifications or repairs

Cosmetic wear or scratches

Water damage or environmental damage

8. SMS / Text Message Terms (A2P Compliance)

By opting into Stealth Equipment SMS communications, you consent to receive:

Order updates

Service notifications

Installation scheduling

Promotions and product releases

Customer support messages

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opting Out

Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to stop messages.

9. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stealth Equipment is not liable for:

Injuries resulting from misuse or improper installation

Damage caused by improper operation

Loss of use or consequential damages

Service delays or delivery scheduling issues

Third-party carrier or freight delays

Fitness equipment must be used with proper caution and according to manufacturer guidelines.

Your sole remedy for defective products is warranty repair, replacement, or refund as stated above.

10. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally our site may contain errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time, including after an order has been placed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
